SIBERIAN Kale Improved Dwarf Siberian is a multipurpose variety that can be harvested for baby or mature leaves. At full size, it has a deep green, rippled leaf with an upright plant habit. Thick petioles allow for easy bunching with less plant damage. Baby leaves will stand upright and be thick, medium green, and smoother with a rounded oval shape. Vigorous plants are winter hardy and yield high at either stage.

Blue Ridge features dark, blue- green foliage with an attractive, full curl on all leaves. It offers a semi-tall plant type, mid-season maturity and an extended harvest of heavy yields. It is also slow to bolt or stretch and is widely adapted to all growing areas where cool season crops are planted. A nice addition to mixed containers of salad greens or as an ornamental edible.
SCOTCH Kale Vates Blue Curled Scotch is a finely curled blue-green kale that can be used for baby leaf or mature leaf markets. It has a tall upright plant habit with sturdy stems that result in easy bunching or baby leaf harvesting. Our highly uniform selection is suitable for ornamental use as well.
